When JBG SMITH acquired four new properties, I led a dedicated team of developers and designers as the principal designer, overseeing the end-to-end creation of all digital assets for the launch campaigns. My primary responsibility was to ensure that each email marketing campaign adhered to the JBG SMITH brand guidelines, aligned with the company’s broader marketing strategy, and was customized to meet each property’s unique needs and objectives.

I worked closely with stakeholders from various departments to gain a deep understanding of each property’s positioning, target audience, and key selling points. This insight allowed us to create tailored email templates that communicated important information and reflected each property’s distinctive qualities. I ensured that each campaign’s design was not only visually appealing but also functional, focusing on clean layouts, compelling visuals, and clear calls to action that drove engagement.
