Direct Mail Campaigns
As a lead designer for the NCL studio, Rebel Fish Creative Group, I directed the overall design strategy, image selection, and print production processes. I led the design team in ensuring all visual assets were aligned with the brand’s identity and campaign goals while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency across all platforms. My responsibilities included developing weekly design assets under tight deadlines, which required effective time management and the ability to adapt to rapidly changing project requirements.
A significant portion of my work involved retouching and optimizing hundreds of images each month to ensure they met the desired aesthetic and technical specifications for various marketing materials. Additionally, I closely collaborated with cross-functional teams, including marketing, production, and senior leadership, to ensure the designs were in alignment with broader strategic objectives and effectively communicated key messages to the target audience.
Throughout this process, I was also responsible for ensuring all designs adhered to print production specifications, coordinating with external vendors to guarantee the highest quality of output. The collaboration extended to refining design processes, identifying areas for efficiency improvement, and ensuring seamless project execution from conception through to final delivery.
