LifeLabs: MyCareSolutions

We created an innovative platform for Canadian brand LifeLabs sub-brand MyCareSolutions bringing personalized medical services and products together through one channel – an online eStore and app. MyCareSolutions became part of the LifeLabs ecosystem, bringing trust, medical results, and product recommendations, giving consumers personalized results, curated products and advice delivered on demand. Data and insights were leveraged from existing LifeLab portals and experiences, and through extensive user testing.
