Instant Eligibility Verification System (IEVS)

UI design for applicants to apply and be verified to receive benefits, ADA and WCAG compliant

During my time at MOD/Intelechy, as their sole principal product designer, I had the opportunity to work on the IEVS (Income Eligibility and Verification System) website redesign. Our goal was to streamline the data received so it could be collected, stored, and analyzed in their internal data engineering system. Along with data engineering, we strategized a simplistic way to make their system more user-friendly by adding an updated logo, fonts, colorful buttons, and larger input fields. All pages and components were designed in Figma.
