StarMed Healthcare
POS Trifilds for StarMed Healthcare’s newly acquired mental health clinic, StarMed Behavorial Health
Role: Freelance Design Director
Client: StarMed Health
From 2022-2023 I was contracted to work on StarMed’s vast library of brands. My contract lasted 14 months, during this time I redesigned two websites (WordPress), enhanced social media graphics, and launched and branded two new sub-brands. StarMed Behavioral Health is one of those sub-brands. We developed brand guidelines and all marketing assets, conducted a target market analysis, created business value personas, and developed user journeys.
We decided to launch two separate campaigns, each one targeting a different audience. The campaigns resulted in a 35% increase in overall brand awareness and a 20% increase in calls. Both campaigns performed well, but the clear winner with a 57% open rate (for email) and 31% click-through rate (for banners) was Campaign A, working moms.
Email Campaign A (working moms, female, 25-50)
During our research we came across a staggering statistic, almost 75% of working moms are seeking therapy or have reported a need for mental help. Out of all our target demographics, this was the largest group. We decided to focus a sole campaign on just women’s health.
Email Campaign B (family, male + female, 25-50)
Secondary to working moms, almost 35% of family units are seeking therapy or have reported a need for mental help. This became our secondary audience or campaign B.
