Branding and Introductory Book for newly acquired JBG SMITH Property 1900N

JBG SMITH owns, operates, invests in, and develops a dynamic portfolio of high-growth mixed-use properties in and around Washington, DC. Through an intense focus on placemaking, JBG SMITH cultivates vibrant, amenity-rich, walkable neighborhoods throughout the Capital region. JBG SMITH’s portfolio currently comprises 13.7 million square feet of high-quality office, multifamily and retail assets, 99% of which are Metro-served. It also maintains a robust future pipeline encompassing 9.3 million square feet of mixed-used development opportunities.

1900N launched in early 2022, we created a unique visual identity for the newly constructed building, using their trademark red and VVV design on all assets. By cutting out the top of the building we were able to merge their VVV design within their branding in a subtle way. Along with an introductory booklet we also designed a wall mural and an email campaign.
